How have you been feeling lately? Down? Exhausted? Worried? Stuck? If the answer is yes, you're not alone. (No, I won't try to sell you "!!!an amazing cure!!!", just read on.) What's more is that, you're part of a pretty huge crowd. There's something bad in the air recently, it's either a sort of lunacy or just the cruel way the winter came early. I get complaints from more and more people telling me how they can't chill carelessly, sleep or breathe properly. Summer's gone as if never to come back again. This very moment sucks, so people's minds wander off to past life, patterns, lovers, or to future ones. Present tense is waiting, on hold, for better, less-repressed times. But as the mind hurries away from today, it sinks deeper down the icky swamp. Despite the survival instinct, there comes a time when it quits trying, raises the head to notice thousands of others within the holy mud. Thousands feel down, exhausted, worried and stuck. But eventually, among the madding crowd, one hand reaches out for you, or a lullaby, to pull you up.
